Corrosion inhibitor

Code: S-COR

Corrosion inhibitors are used in heat and steam generating systems as well as cooling systems to remove dissolved oxygen in feeding and boiler water to protect the metal surface from corrosion effects. Corrosion inhibitors are an effective chemical that reacts immediately with oxygen and CO2 when it comes to water, even at low temperatures. This rapid reaction and exposure ensures a higher level of protection of the boiler and feeding water system, especially when mechanical or physical deaeration is not possible. Depending on the system to be treated and the type of corrosion inhibitor, it also forms a protective layer or layer of metal surface to provide corrosion protection.
