Anti–corrosion treatment of internal surfaces is recommended for new boiler installations and after prolonged downtime or repair. For this purpose, we offer a specially designed chemical and chemical treatment program for anti–corrosion treatment of boiler internal metallic surfaces. During the treatment process, an internal surface magnetite layer is created, which serves as corrosion protection and provides a long life of boiler installations.
During the intermediate heating or production season, when boiler installations are not operated, the internal surfaces of the equipment are subject to intense corrosion due to oxygen coming into contact with metal surfaces. We offer specially designed and easy–to–use boiler preservation chemicals for protecting internal surfaces during boiler downtime so that when you start the new production season or cycle, it will be the same as when you stop it at the end of the season. The chemical is easy to use with long–lasting effects.
