World Water Day has been celebrated on 22 March since 1993, but it has been celebrated in Latvia since 1996. It aims to bring water to the public’s attention. For society to think and conserve water of such importance in nature, because water resources are scarce, but demand and consumption are growing rapidly. Of course, the rest of the day in the year, too, we need to continue to think actively and work on water conservation and efficiency issue.
Water is an important element in industry, energy, and, of course, in ensuring all life. It just means we’re all very connected and subordinate to the life cycle of water, which is why it’s so very, and even vital, serious.
It is about water that we seamlessly use and drain into the sewer, which leads to the irreversible decline of this natural resource and the formation of additional pollution in nature.
Our experience right now is that on average it is possible for industry to reduce up to 50% of all H2O used in drainage, or “discarded” H2O, which is formed during its preparation or purification process. This can be mitigated as follows:
Use more gently consumed water and reduce this amount.
A high-quality technological process ensures both high results and reduces used water.
Appropriate process control and management ensure significant savings in water volume and operational materials.
Many other water sources that are available all around us in nature can also be considered.
Production processes also require different water quality, which results in both treatment costs and total water consumption.
If water is cleaned properly, it can be returned to the economic circuit.
You’re saying there’s no way to reduce the amount of water? Challenge us – we will prove otherwise!
Plus benefit – these projects have a very good payback and deliver decent savings in the long run.
